Over the past year, Congress has done its best to provide federal assistance to the millions of small businesses that were affected by COVID-19. Still, despite the positive impact of the American Rescue Plan, it has become clear that this legislation is not a long term solution and that in order to stay competitive in the global marketplace, significant changes will need to be made to our nation’s infrastructure.
It is for this reason that Congress is currently trying to pass the American Jobs Plan, a new bill that would make such changes possible.
